Copyright and Usage Rights

 Artist Rights: The artist retains all copyrights and intellectual rights to the artwork

 

​ Client Rights: The artwork cannot be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial     purposes without explicit written permission.​

       For Commission Art Work

• Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins.

       The client can a make an E-Transfer to hannahsbrush025@gmail.com​

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before shipping.

​

 

 

Portfolio: The artist reserves the right to display the artwork in their portfolio, website, and social media, unless agreed otherwise. 

 

​​Timeline and Delivery:​ The artist is not responsible for shipping delays. 

​

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

​

• If the client cancels a commissioned work the initial 50% deposit is retained by the artist. 

​​

• If the artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Acceptance of Terms: 
 

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
